Where can I get more information about the Reporting Attributes added to the Job Information window in PENTA 21.3 and how to set them up?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Information on the new Reporting Attributes was included in our 21.3 release notes.  You can find them here.

Choices for the Reporting Attributes lists are set up in Penta Web. 

1. Click on the Project Management Configuration icon
   
2. Click on the Job Attributes tab
   
3. Choose the reporting attribute from the list on the left and add and delete options from the list on the right.
   
4. For the selected attribute, check the "Required Field" box in the top right corner to make the selected attribute required in the Job Information window. NOTE: A user will have to exit the Job Information window and re-enter for the requirement to take be updated.
