Resolution/Fix/Answer

The Cost for Maintenance Contracts (MCs) is associated with the Work Order that was used to dispatch the technician.  Therefore, the Cost amounts show under the MC but associated to a Work Order Id.

Group by ID field to see performance for the entire MC using this report, or use the MC Summary report on the SM: Reporting Center to view the Gross Margin
