Job ID field able to be changed after Purchase Order Entry
Issue/Symptom/Question
Sometimes Penta locks or "grays out" the job ID number in the PO entry screen and sometimes it doesn't. We need it to always lock the job ID number at the same time as it locks the PO number.

Resolution/Fix/Answer
System Option 198 determines whether the Job ID field in the primary tab gets grayed out (is unable to be changed) or not. Setting this option to have the purchase order auto-assign based on Job and OU will gray out the Job ID field when referencing a job number during the purchase order entry.
