Issue/Symptom/Question

Cannot login to the Remote Desktop, getting an error ; "Login attempt failed"

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Check to make sure the User is set up in Active Directory. If you do not have access to set up the User please log a Service Desk Ticket and reference this article.
