Maintenance contracts loaded through the table based interface where the column PRE_PAID_CONTRACT_CD is set to "Y" are rejected with an error "ERROR: Pre-Paid Contracts are not currently supported."

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The loading of pre-paid maintenance contracts is not supported through the maintenance contract interface.  There is very specific code in the interface program itself that makes it clear that functionality was not supported in the scope of that interface when it was developed.
