Issue/Symptom/Question
How are labor costs pulled in for Work Order invoicing?
Applies To
PENTA for Windows
Work Order Invoicing:
Service Management > Invoicing > Work Order / Maintenance Contract Billing
Work Order Pricing Schedule Setup:
Service Management > invoicing > Setup > Pricing Schedules
Resolution/Fix/Answer
Work order labor costs are pulled in for Work Order invoicing via:
1) The setup of Work Order Labor Pricing Schedules and linking the pricing schedule to the work order
2) Manually entering Labor costs during Work Order invoicing
The PENTA best practice is to set up the pricing schedules and linking to the work order but, the invoicing process allows for adjustments.
If you do not see your labor costs when pulling in a Work Order to invoice, look at your dates.
