Job Forecast Entry - To Complete method Forecast Entry Zeros Out At Complete Amounts
Issue/Symptom/Question
When forecasting using the "to complete" methodology, if the user deletes/clears the cost, hours and units to complete values (all three values are cleared/deleted) why does PENTA display forecast at complete values of 0.00 in the the Forecast Entry Summary block (lower segment of window) for the highlighted cost type / cost code? When the cost type / costcode has non-zero estimates / non-zero actual values, a 0.00 forecast at complete is invalid as per the example below:
Environment
PENTA for Windows → Project Management → Forecast & Completion Information → Forecast Entry
Load Costcodes → Use Forecast Calculation Rules → Labor Hours Productivity forecast calculation rule
