Issue/Symptom/Question

In the Purchase Orders - Grid Option screen, I select File > Reports... > Purchase Order and then select the OK Button. After selecting the OK button I receive the following error message:

ObDocLauncher - Error

Invalid user name and/or password

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Log out of PENTA for Windows (PfW) and then log back in to PENTA for Windows
