When users are forecasting, they're struggling to determine the stocked quantity of material on the job. Is there a report available that shows the OPEN PO amount and footage delivered compared to the amount and footage NOT delivered?

Depending on what Penta version of Workbench you have, there are new panels that allow more dynamic reports especially in the PO Reporting area.

If you're goal is to break down 'Committed Remaining' items into Units of Measure/Purchase Order details, this can be made possible with the PO: Purchasing Reporting Center panel.

This Workbench panel can help drill down to specific Jobs, Purchase Orders, etc. Along with that there are options to choose from when configuring columns such as Units, UM, UM - Purchase, UM - Stock, Units - Committed, Units - Invoiced, Units - Received, Units - Stocked.
