Maintenance Contract not Invoicing

Issue/Symptom/Question

Maintenance agreement started 6/1/18, but no invoice is being generated.

Service Management > Invoicing > Work Order/Maintenance Contract Billing

Resolution/Fix/Answer

  • Navigate to the Work Order/Maintenance Contract Billing window
  • Click on Show In Process Billings... pop-up button

  • Review the records to determine if the Work Order or Maintenance Contract you are trying to invoice is currently in process by another user


 

Cause 

Maintenance Contract was in process by another user. Deleted the records for this user, maintenance contract was able to be billed.Â
