MFS Summary of Work Document Did Not Generate
Issue/Symptom/Question
After submitting a ticket on the MFS application, the Summary of Work Performed Document did not generate and did not get emailed out.

If you experience this problem please submit a Service Desk ticket and reference this article. Please provide the following information in your Service Desk ticket:
- Technician User Id
- Work Order Id that failed to generate a document
- Date of Work Order Submission
- Email Address used
