MFS Summary of Work Document Did Not Generate

Issue/Symptom/Question

After submitting a ticket on the MFS application, the Summary of Work Performed Document did not generate and did not get emailed out.

If you experience this problem please submit a Service Desk ticket and reference this article. Please provide the following information in your Service Desk ticket:

  • Technician User Id
  • Work Order Id that failed to generate a document
  • Date of Work Order Submission
  • Email Address used
