Issue/Symptom/Question

When I generate my DocGen Reports in PENTA I am getting the below message that Microsoft needs to be activated.

Message: You must activate Microsoft Office Standard 2016. This wizard will guide you through the Activation process.

Environment

• PENTA for Windows
• Generating a DocGen Report in PENTA

Resolution/Fix/Answer

• If you are a Managed Services Hosted Penta Client please log a Support Service Desk ticket and we will activate Microsoft Office
• If you are not hosted, please contact your IT department to activate Microsoft Office
