When attempting to sign into Mobile Field Service (MFS), it is requiring a Business Key.  What is this and where can I find it?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The MFS Business key is what the application uses to know what database to sign into. If you do not know what this business key is, please do the following:

1. Ask your system administrator for this business key
2. If they do not know, or you are using this product for the first time, please submit Service Desk ticket requesting the business key and reference this article.
