We can't find a payroll batch. The batch has not been distributed yet but when we try to query the batch back to mark it ready for distribution, it does not exist. We've tried to pull it in through the Centralized Timecard Distribution window and it doesn't appear there either.

Resolution/Fix/Answer

There have been instances where a timecard batch has gone "missing" in PENTA. Please have the user who created the batch go to the Time/Equipment/Production Units Entry window, type the batch number then exit the screen without doing anything else. Once that is done, the user should be able to query the batch. If this does not resolve your issue, please contact your Penta representative for assistance and reference this article.
