New Activity Log Does Not Show in Activity Log List

Issue/Symptom/Question

User created a new activity log or used the copy feature to create a new Activity Log.  They are brought back to the Activity Log list screen, but the new Activity Log is not there.

Activity Log List filter 

Resolution/Fix/Answer

  1. Click on the gear next to the Filter Activity Logs search bar.
  2. Ensure the status "New" is selected.


Cause 

New activity logs are created with a status of "New".

If "New" isn't checked as a status to include in your Activity Logs list, then any new or copied Activity Logs will not show.
