Material didn't pull into the Quote Summary

Issue/Symptom/Question

Created and awarded a quote, upon completion noticed a low margin after looking into the quote noticed that the material didn't pull into the quote Summary. How can I correct this?

Service Management > Quoting > Service Quotes

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The reason the material costs did not get pulled into the Summary section of the quote is because the Material Cost may not have been "committed" when originally entered. To resolve this issue, follow the below steps:

1) Navigate to Service Management > Quoting > Service Quotes and query the quote

2) Click to open the Task where the material costs are located

3) On the Labor/Equipment tab, check and un-check the "Price Includes Materials" box:

4) Review the Summary to see if the Material Cost was pulled in:
