Start at 8:03 and Travel until 8:09 then change status to in process until 11:30 when the status is set to Complete.  Does PENTA find 6 minutes of travel and round down so only 3.25 is charged to the WO?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

MFS tracks time by the Quarter Hour.  The Start and Stop are rounded based on the minute the status is changed, and does NOT subtract Start Time from Stop Time, and then round.

8:03 above will be set to 8:00 

8:09 will be set to 8:15 

Therefore, a quarter hour (15 minutes) will be charged to Travel.

MFS will NOT subtract 8:03 from 8:09 and find 6 minutes then round to zero.
