I just transferred cost from a work order in one Organizational Unit (OU) to a work order in another OU. When I look at the entry in the Document Query window, the OUs involved in the transaction aren't the OUs associated with the work orders - why is that?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

PENTA will handle the accounting transactions differently if you’re transferring to a Fixed Price MC or a non-Fixed Price MC:

1. If transferring cost to a Fixed Price MC, costs are transferred to the MC’s OU, or
2. If transferring cost to a non-Fixed Price MC, costs are transferred to the WO’s OU.
