Lost ability to do Batch Scanning in Unity Client

Issue/Symptom/Question

When accessing OnBase Unity Client with the new app, I have lost the ability to do Batch Scanning. How do I get this functionality back?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

  • Users that will need to access the batch scanning feature in OnBase Unity Client will need their workstations registered in the respective database once they have logged into the environment
  • This is done by an Admin using the OnBase Thick Client under, Admin > User Management >  Workstation Registration  > Production Document Imaging Kofax & Twain
  • It can also be done by the user in the Unity Client using File > User Options > Imaging > Under 'Use the Following license on this workstation to enable batch scanning' >Production Document Imaging Kofax & Twain
