Issue/Symptom/Question

The Labor Hours Workbench panel only displays one OUs information and all of my parameters are ALL. What is the problem?

Environment

• Workbench
• Labor Hours Panel
• Parameters are ALL
• Dates are set correctly
• Other users are not experiencing this problem

Resolution/Fix/Answer

1. Try clearing the Default Layout within the Labor Hours report
2. Delete the Workbench Panel and re-add the panel
3. If Steps 1 or 2 did not work, please log a Service Desk ticket and reference this article
