Maintenance Contract Service Schedule Dates are crossed out

Issue/Symptom/Question

We have a Maintenance Contract where the coverage period status went missing. Service dates on the schedule have been crossed out and we cannot even create the work order for the next schedule date. We did try to add an active date to the coverage period, but that had no effect as to opening the scheduled service dates.

Resolution/Fix/Answer

To resolve this issue, you will need to add an Active record to the Customer Location and an Active record to the Change/Review Status with the correct begin date of the Maintenance Contract.
