Access Batch Scanning in OnBase Unity Client

Issue/Symptom/Question

Batch Scanning is grayed out in the Unity client ribbon.  How can I access Batch Scanning so I can import documents?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Each Workstation that will be using Batch Scanning must be registered for the Production Document Imaging license.
There are two ways to do this. 

  1. The user can assign the proper license to their own workstation using the locally installed Unity Client "User Options":
     

  2. An OnBase Admin can use the OnBase client to register workstations that have already logged into the OnBase database:
    Admin >> User Management >> Workstation Registration
    Select the workstation(s) and register the appropriate Production Document Imaging license:


Cause 


Workstation logged into OnBase for the first time, and thus is not yet registered for Production Document Imaging
