Locked Invoice in OnBase Workflow
Issue/Symptom/Question
User is trying to process an invoice in workflow. It is giving her a message that says it is read only and locked for editing by her. She tried restarting her computer and logging back in and it still shows as locked.

Resolution/Fix/Answer
If for some reason there is still a lock placed on the Invoice when the Invoice needs to be re-indexed or new distribution information needs to be entered, then remove the lock in Unity by going to File>>Administration>>Manage Locks.
Note: Only a valid user who belongs to a User Group that has the 'Utilities' Administrative Privilege can 'Manage Locks' in Unity.
