When querying a specific customer in the Manage Customer Receivables screen or running the Purchase Order Detail report in Workbench, user gets error

Function: dberror
SQL Error #: 22835
Error Text: Select error: ORA-22835: Buffer too small for CLOB to CHAR or BLOB to RAW conversion

Cause 

Exceeding maximum limit of space in the Notes section for a Customer record.
