MFS: Time submitted on Mobile app does not show up in Import Mobile

Issue/Symptom/Question

Tech has logged and submitted time in the MFS app, however, there is no record of it when we go to import it into Penta. 

Tech has submitted a status change in the MFS app, however, it has now affected the corresponding Job/WO in Penta.

Resolution/Fix/Answer

If you still don't see the time please submit a Service Desk ticket and reference this article.  Please provide the following information in your Service Desk ticket:

  • Details about the missing time card (employee ID, job/WO ID, work date, etc.)
  • The user who is attempting to import the time
