How do I link documents saved on my Network to an RFI Transmittal document?

Steps to link a document saved on your Network to an RFI Transmittal document:

• Once the RFI has been created and Saved, click on the paperclip at the top to get to the Network documents

• To search for a document on the Network, click on Import>Disk and in the panel to the right, click on Select Files to browse documents located your your Network

• Once the document is found highlight it and click on the Open button
  • • 
• PENTA will pop-up the Document Details window and want you to identify the type of document you are attaching

• • Optionally identify the Document Type Group
  • Identify the Document Type
  • Indentify the File Type - the default is the document's type (Word, PDF, etc.)
  • Identify the Document Date - default is today's date 
  • Click OK once updated
  • Close the window or add another document to be linked to this RFI Transmittal and repeat the steps noted above
