Is there a report that displays W-2 box 12 totals? We would like a report that lists W-2 box 12 amounts by employee.

Box 12 amounts are configured in Penta by setting up an Other Compensation, assigning the Other Compensation to an Employee,  and configuring it to display in Box 12 with a relevant code. These other comp records are often linked to a Deduction (E.g 401K contribution) or a Reimbursement (E.g 401K Match). 

We do not have a report that displays W-2 Box totals, there are other reports that come close to showing the same information. The two most helpful reports in this regard are the Deduction/Reimbursement Register by Date Range. These two reports will show the total deduction/reimbursement amount for a single or specified set of deductions/reimbursements by employee by date range. All that is required is the knowledge of which Deductions/Reimbursements are linked to Box 12 Other Compensation records, once the relevant Deductions/Reimbursements have been identified they simply need to be specified in the Deduction # or Reimbursement selection parameters, available for those reports.
