We currently keep notes on Employees outside of PENTA. Is there a way to track comments specific to individual employees?

Environment

PENTA for Windows

Human Resources > Employee Information > Employee HR Information

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Yes, you can keep notes on Employees via the Human Resources module.

1) Human Resources > Employee Information > Employee HR Information 

2) Query the Employee by entering in their "Employee Id"

3) Click on "Memo Notes"

4) Type in desired comments, then click "Ok"

Note: "Memo Notes" does not track when an entry was made or by whom. For future reference, it is advised these details are added each time a comment is left. 

Example: "Michael received (5) new work t-shirts."

Recommended Entry: "Michael received (5) new work t-shirts (3/14/18 by Joe Smith)"
