Issue with Automatic invoicing in Canadian Dollars (CAD)

Issue/Symptom/Question

We have entered Job costs in CAD in the system. When we pull the automatic invoice, the invoice is billing at US Dollars (USD) numbers even though CAD was entered in the job's line item currency.

Manual Billing:

Billing & Accounts Receivable > Manual Billings > Manual Billing Entry

Resolution/Fix/Answer

PENTA automated invoicing uses the currency for the Job's OU ID. To create an invoice in CAD when the Job's OU is USD, process a Manual Billing batch for the invoice amount and choose CAD as the currency.
