Is it possible to have the serial number of the equipment serviced on a Work Order to be displayed on an Invoice?

Yes, it is possible to have the Customer Equipment information printed on the Invoice as long as the data is stored in PENTA. Please reach out to your Account Manager to request a custom Invoice layout.
