We have 20 generic jobs that we forecast one-by-one each month. Is it possible to select multiple jobs at once when entering forecasts via the Forecast Entry window?

Project Management > Forecast & Completion Information > Forecast Entry > File > User Preferences > Window > Default Method tab

Resolution/Fix/Answer

PENTA only allows you to select one job at a time when calculating forecasts via the Forecast Entry window. 

On the other hand, the User Preferences - Default Information window lets you enter personal default forecast entry preferences. Once you save prefences here, the Forecast Entry window opens with your preferred defaults each subsequent time you open it. 

1) Project Management > Forecast & Completion Information > Forecast Entry > File > User Preferences > Window > Default Method tab

2) Default Method tab - Use this tab to enter a default method for calculating values for new Cost Type/Costcode combinations. If you use the same forecasting method for all jobs, this minimizes key entry for each individual job.
