Is there a way to restrict the cost type charged on Sub Contracts?

Is there a way to only allow subcontracts coded to a job to be entered only against Cost Type S in the PM - Commitment - Subcontract section?

We don't want to allow subcontracts to be charged to any cost type other than S, is there a way to do that?

There is no way to limit what Cost Type a Subcontract is charged to in PENTA.
