I need to get some training on how to run a Job Cost Report for all of the year, sorted by Project Manager

PM: Project Management Reporting Center - Job Cost Summary Report

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Use the Workbench Panel PM: Project Management Reporting Center - Job Cost Summary Report to review the job costs per Project Manager. Review the steps below to review/save the report for future use. 

  1. Check Through Date is correct - report returns information distributed through this date
  2. Navigate to PM: Project Management Reporting Center, click on the Edit button
  3. Click on Display Report Parameters to bring up the Job Cost Summary parameters
  4. Update the parameters as needed
  5. Add the Project Manager name (optional)
  6. Add the date range looking to get the costs
  7. Add the report fields needed and save the report 
  8. Click on Save the Report 
  9. Assign a report name - can be as general or specific as needed
  10. The report will be available in the dropdown arrow of the Job Cost Summary report
