Job Status Report shows incorrect amounts in Estimate columns
Job Status Report shows incorrect amounts in Estimate columns
Issue/Symptom/Question
Why doesn't the initial estimate on a job show up in the "Original" Column on the Job Status report? Currently the initial estimate on a job appears in the "Revised w/ adj" column.
Environment
Job Status Report
Report Code: JOBSTATUS
Report Initiation> Available Reports> Job Management> Job Reports> Job Status
Resolution/Fix/Answer
- The initial estimate made to a Job's costcode should appear in the "Estimate- Original" and "Estimate- Revised w/ adj" columns
- Once a second estimate is made to a costcode, the Initial estimate should appear in the "Original" and the new adjustment should appear in the "Revised w/ adj" column
- If there is only one estimate for a given Job/Costcode and that estimate is only appearing in the "Estimate- Revised w/ adj" column, Please contact your Penta representative.
