Issue/Symptom/Question

Upon tapping Reject on the iPhone you are required to put in a comment but the keyboard pops up and covers the field so you can't see what you are typing.

Resolution/Fix/Answer

• When the keyboard opens, scroll up in the top half of the screen (the part not covered by the keyboard) to expose the comments field.
  OR
• Change the iPhone display setting back to Standard instead of Zoomed. 
  • Settings --> Display and Brightness: Display Zoom of "Standard".

Cause 

The Display Zoom setting on the iPhone is set to "Zoomed" rather than "Standard".
