Is there a way to cut an employee a rapid check for retro pay? If so, how can we get the amount we approved in the Retroactive Pay Rate Adjustments window to show up on the rapid check?

Payroll > Rapid Check Processing > Rapid Check Generation

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The rapid check process cannot be used to pay an employee any retroactive adjustments. This would have to be completed using the normal payroll process steps. You can review Processing Retro Pay amounts as a standalone process for information on how to process retroactive adjustments as a separate check.
