We are receiving the below error during our Revenue Recognition process.

Running Revenue Recognition - Processing Job Close and something else step:

Resolution/Fix/Answer

For a specific job, the job completion history for the job/ct/cc combination had 6 units completed. Job cost history had 1448.5 hours logged for the 6 units completed. Penta calculates based on actuals which was 241 hours (calculated as 1448.5 hrs logged/6 units completed) to complete each unit. The job's estimate had 40,673 units left to complete. With 241 hours to complete each unit, Penta calculated over 9 million hours to complete, this caused the error in the Revenue Recognition process.

To resolve this, the user needed to fix the job's forecast to make it more reasonable for the that job/ct/cc combination. Once this is updated, the Revenue Recognition can be picked up and completed.
