Does Penta have the capability to run a labor report by beginning date and end date parameters?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Yes, if you have Workbench version 20.1.160 or higher you will be able to run a labor report using specific date parameters.

  1. Go to 'Penta Workbench'.  Hit the "+" icon to 'Add Tab' for an additional Panel.

  2. Scroll down and select the 'PR: Payroll Reporting Center' panel, hit Add, then Done.  (if it does not close on it's own - hit the 'refresh' on top)

  3. Once in the PR: Payroll Reporting Center go to 'Labor and Overhead Distribution' report

  4. Go to the 'gear' icon (to the right of the report title) And from there select or deselect all of the desired columns you would like in the report. 

  5. To select the date parameters that you would like - go to the gear icon to the right of the PR: Payroll Reporting Center Panel and hit 'Edit' from there you can enter in the job id or dates desired.
