Resolution/Fix/Answer
If a Job's status is set to 'Closed' Status, when Revenue Recognition is run it will automatically change to 'Delete' status.
When running a revenue recognition process, if a job that has a closed status did not get updated to delete, and earned revenue was not set to billed to date, it is likely caused by one of the following:
- Job 'Closed' status is dated after the revenue recognition date
- Job has an 'Active' status that is dated after the revenue recognition date
- Job has costs dated after the revenue recognition date
- Job has billings or billing adjustments posted after the revenue recognition date
- Job has a posted forecast dated after the revenue recognition date
