Unable to set status of job to Closed in Job Information window

Issue/Symptom/Question

Receive an error trying to change the status of a job to closed, but there is no invoicing cycle in process.

Change Not Allowed

That item cannot be changed. An invoicing cycle is in process

Project Management > Jobs > Job Information 

Revenue Preview Entry:

Project Management > Inquiries > Project Review & Forecast Entry > Calculate Revenue pop-up window

Review of Revenue Preview Status:

System Management > Technical Support > Penta Technologies Inc. Technical Support > Background Processing Monitor

Resolution/Fix/Answer


This error may be due to an aborted Revenue Preview process. To review the statuses of Revenue Previews you can go to: System management > Technical Support > Penta Technologies inc. Technical Support > Background Processing Monitor (you may need to get permission to access this window)
