We have a job that will not update progress billings balance to over or under billings. The job type's Revenue Recognition is set as Use Manually Entered % Compl for Lump Sum Line items.

Revenue Recognition Process: 

Finance & Accounting > Processing > Revenue Recognition

Contract Completion Information:

Finance & Accounting > Data Entry > Contract Completion Information

Resolution/Fix/Answer

In order to correctly process Revenue Recognition when a job's Rev Rec Calculation Method for Lump Sum Line Items is set to "Use Manually Entered % Compl," you must indicate the Percent Complete and/or Units This Time. 

• Enter the Percent Complete or Units This Time via the Finance & Accounting > Data Entry > Contract Completion Information
• Update the Percent Complete or Units This Time 
• Process Revenue Recognition via the Finance & Accounting > Processing > Revenue Recognition window
