Multiple technicians are reporting unsuccessful GET DATA syncs.

Multiple technicians using Mobile Field Service (MFS) are reporting that they perform a GET DATA and then their devices continue to show the spinning wheel and eventually time out.

Resolution/Fix/Answer

This is issue can be caused by a network or cellular connection issue. Please verify with the technicians that they have stable signal strength. If signal strength is stable and the technicians continue to experience problems please submit a Service Desk ticket and reference this article. Please provide the following information in your Service Desk ticket:

  • User IDs
  • Time of occurrence for each technician
  • Steps taken to attempt a resolution
  • Actions performed prior to experiencing problem
