Issue/Symptom/Question

When I query the Time/Equipment Production Units Entry window, I can only see my batches and I need to see all batches. What changes need to be made so I can see all batches in progress.

System Management > Security > Define Users 

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Query your user Id, and navigate to the Module Security tab, and the Payroll - Time Entry module.  Change the 'Can access other users' batches' to "Y", log out of Penta, and then back in again (security access is verified and granted during the login process).  

After this change, you should be able to query all batches for other users.
