Issue/Symptom/Question

• When trying to access Workbench through PENTA it gets stuck on the dashboard screen.  
• Clicking the buttons does nothing.

• Open through PENTA for Windows
• Access through Citrix
• Internet Explorer (IE)

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Turn off Internet Explorer (IE) Enhanced Security.

Cause 

Internet Explorer (IE) Enhanced Security turned on.

Chrome is a preferred browser to use with the Workbench.
