When the superintendent codes time at the end of each day, will they be able to see/change pay rate number for prevailing wage jobs and hour classes for holiday and jury duty?

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The TEP application can be configured to allow override of both the pay rate number and the hour class.

Your system administrator can use the Work Package Manager - Configuration window to enable override of pay rate number and hour class.

1. Select the Employee Info cell on the Employees tab in TEP for the employee time record you want to override pay rate or hour class, to open the Employee Information window
2. Enter the override pay rate and/or hour class (in addition to shift, payroll class and change type).
