I'm receiving the following error when I try to run a Crystal Report

Error Number: 429

Description: ActiveX component can't create object

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The resolution is to uninstall and then reinstall the PENTA CRI

1. Using the Control Panel, uninstall Penta CRI with reports for CR 11.5
2. Right click on the PENTA CRI installer (PentaCRI-v4.5.2-cr11.5-p19.8-generic-2015.05.13.08.34-prd-Setup.exe) and select 'Run as administrator' 
3. You can take all the defaults during the installation of the PENTA CRI

Note 1: If you have been using the PENTA Product Installer (PPI) to install the PENTA client, you can use the PPI to uninstall and install the PENTA CRI.

Note 2: If you do not have the installer for the PENTA CRI, open a support ticket and the PENTA CRI will be posted to a download page for you.
