PENTA frozen on Remote Desktop Connection
Issue/Symptom/Question
When logging into the RDP session, PENTA is already open and frozen. I have tried closing out of the RDP and reopening but PENTA is still stuck.

Resolution/Fix/Answer
- Connect to the remote desktop connection
- On the bottom task bar, right click in an open area, not on any shortcuts.
- Select 'Task Manager'. Highlighted PENTA for Windows, and End Task.
- Log back into PENTA
Cause
Occasionally if you forget to log off the server, it can freeze up. Make sure to log off the Remote Desktop server at the end of each day or more frequently.
