Issue/Symptom/Question

When trying to run a report from PENTA for Windows, I get an error message that says "Component 'msflxgrd.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid".

• PENTA CRI (Crystal Reports Interface)

Resolution/Fix/Answer

To resolve this error, follow the steps below.

• Uninstall the PENTA CRI
• Install the PENTA CRI again (Contact PENTA for installer if you need a copy of it)
• Relaunch PENTA for Windows
• Try running the report again

Cause 

A Windows update can cause this error message to occur.
