We've got the system set up to display only the last 4 digits of the employees SSN, but the full Tax ID is showing up on the Canadian employee's checks.

System Management > System Rules > System Configuration > Payroll tab > Check Stub Info pop-up window AND/OR Check Info

Resolution/Fix/Answer

The "Print Full SS# on Check Stub" applies to both Canada and USA. If this is not working for you then you may need an upgrade to the latest version.
