Issue/Symptom/Question

We received the following during Time entry:

"That entry is not valid for OU XX"

The error was triggered when we entered the Job ID onto a timecard. We are in the Time Equipment Production Units Entry screen.

Environment

Time/Equipment/Production Units Entry screen
Payroll> Time Entry> Time/Equipment/Production Units Entry

Project Management > Jobs > Job Information

Resolution/Fix/Answer

Review the Job Information OU Authorization in Project Management > Jobs > Job Information. 

Cause

Authorized for All OUs box was unchecked and no OUs were Authorized
